Gill Wright
I qualified as a solicitor in 1993 after obtaining a law degree from Nottingham Trent University and undertaking my Solicitors finals course at the College of Law in Chester.
I joined Smith & Graham as an assistant solicitor in the Family Department in 1997, becoming a Partner with the firm in 2003 and subsequently Head of Family Law Department.
I qualified as a member of the Law Society's Children Panel in 1998, to enable me to represent children within Court Proceedings. I have also been accredited as a Family Law Specialist with "Resolution" (formally known as Solicitor Family Law Association) since 2002.
I specialise in all areas of family law dealing specifically with;
- divorce and ancillary matters
- proceedings in relation to children - contact and residence applications
- domestic violence and injunction applications
- child protection issues - care and supervision proceedings
- financial issues following the breakdown of relationships

Regan Cannell
I graduated from De Montfort University, Leicester and completed my post graduate education at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle. I was admitted as a Solicitor in 2000 and joined Smith and Graham Solicitors in April 2007.I am a family solicitor specialising in divorce and financial matters arising from the breakdown of a marriage and cohabitation dispute's following the breakdown of a relationship. I deal with all aspects of children law including private law children applications (residence, contact, specific issue and prohibited steps orders), representing parents, grandparents and other family members as well as public law children application were social services are involved with families.I also advise men and women who are victims of domestic matters.In addition, I am a member of the Law Society Children Panel and Resolution.
Helen Boynton
I joined Smith and Graham in 2006. I have been a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 1998 and a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and Resolution.
I specialise in all family matters to include divorce and ancillary matters, Children Proceedings (contact, residence, specific issue and prohibited steps orders), Domestic abuse cases, Child Protection Issues and Financial issues following the breakdown of marriage or cohabitation. In relation to children matters, I have considerable experience in representing parents, grandparents and other family members.
