Steven Horsley

Steven graduated from Keele University in 1993 and completed the Legal practice Course 1994 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1996. 

Steven joined Smith & Graham as a partner in April 2011. He specialises in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Steven's leisure activities include golf and attending the gym and he is a keen supporter of Hartlepool United.

Emma Trueman

Emma joined the firm in December 2012 and she is currently employed as a Trainee Chartered Legal Executive in our Personal Injury Department. Emma is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Emma specialises in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence law.

Emma's leisure pursuits outside of work include Irish Dancing where upon she qualified for the World Irish Dancing Championships on a number of occasions. Emma loves to travel and enjoys going to the gym.

Liz Winchester

Liz joined the firm in June 2016.

She graduated from Northumbria University in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in Criminology and Forensic Science. In 2009 she completed a MSc in Forensic Anthropology before commencing the Graduate Diploma in Law. Following which she completed the Legal Practice Course in June 2012 and was offered a Training Contract with the firm in 2016. Liz qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.  She specialises in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence law.

Liz’s leisure activities include reading and attending the gym. She is also a keen runner and loves spending time with her friends and family.
