Dave Smith: Solicitor

Dave was born in Hartlepool and is a graduate of Durham University.

As a member of the Criminal Justice Department at Smith & Graham, Dave specialises in Magistrates court advocacy, is an accredited police station representative and a duty solicitor.

Dave has specialist knowledge of prison law hearings and applications under the Proceeds of Crime act.
