I joined Smith & Graham in March 1976, since then I have been involved in all aspects of the development of the practice.

Through recruitment of appropriately skilled professional staff and support staff I am absolutely committed to the development and strengthening of the individual teams and the practice overall.

Together with the Partners of the practice I ensure the firm's compliance with all regulatory authorities and internal quality controls via continuing professional development and other training and regular monitoring and review of office protocol.
