Kevin Ross: SolicitorMy early legal career involved advising on legal issues in the shareholding division of a major bank, before moving to private practice where I then focused upon contentious work. With very wide experience in litigation, I have appeared before the County, Magistrates and Crown Courts; as well as Employment Tribunals, prison adjudications and Courts Martial. I have personally conducted my cases, including contested hearings, trials and appeals. I now specialise in civil, commercial and employment litigation; with an additional specialism in environmental and planning law, somewhat unusual for a civil litigation solicitor. I am able to offer clients the additional personal service of court advocacy. Indeed, I find that many clients prefer to be represented at court by the lawyer with overall conduct of their case, rather than by an advocate that he or she meets only at the hearing. I am pleased to offer this service to our civil, employment and environmental/planning clients.
