Regan Cannell, LL.B: Solicitor

Regan joined Smith and Graham Solicitors in April 2007. She graduated from De Montfort University, Leicester and completed her post graduate education at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle. Regan was admitted as a Solicitor in 2000.

Regan is a family solicitor specialising in divorce and financial matters arising from the breakdown of a marriage and cohabitation dispute's following the breakdown of a relationship. Regan deals with all aspects of children law including private law children applications (residence, contact, specific issue and prohibited steps orders), representing parents, grandparents and other family members as well as public law children application were social services are involved with families.

Regan also advises men and women who are victims of domestic matters.

In addiction, Regan is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and Resolution.
