The Partner’s are seeking a to recruit a Duty Solicitor with Higher Rights (or who wishes to work towards them). This role will involve representing clients at the Police Station, Magistrates Court and some Crown Courts, with a view to the successful candidate becoming involved in the longer-term management of the department and the Firm, and progression to the partnership.
