We have relationships with a number of organisations where clients referred to us by that organisation will receive a discount on selected services. To take advantage of our discount scheme you must inform us of the referral at the time you appoint us as your legal representative.

• Maximum discount will be limited to 10% of our fee.
• One discount per matter.

The discount will only be applied to matters relating to the following areas:

• Our Fee of a Purchase or Sale of a Residential Property,
• Our Fee relating to any Will, Lasting power of Attorney, Probate or Trust.

Referrals given to us where our fee is discounted in any way will be exempt. Such as a referral from an estate agent.

Discounts will not be granted after we have been appointed under any circumstance
