New Marina Office

Smith and Graham Solicitors have been in business for 134 years, as part of our expansion programme we have now opened a second office in Hartlepool, located at The Marina. Our private client departments have made the move from Church Street. Therefore, wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney and residential conveyancing clients will now be seen at the Marina. Our Personal Injury, and Crime Solicitors remain at our Head Office which remains at Church Street. This is an exciting time for the firm as the new office based in Tranquillity House, comes just a few months after opening our new office on Linthorpe Road in Middlesbrough.

Martin Scarborough, Senior Partner states

''Our lawyers and support staff have worked extremely hard during the pandemic to provide a high quality legal service to all of our clients and, as a result, the firm has come out of the other side even stronger. In addition to the growth of our residential conveyancing, we have seen an increased awareness amongst clients about the importance of planning for the future by making Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and planning for the potential costs of care. This is an exciting move, bringing those departments into a modern building, which is very much in tune with the forward-thinking ethos that the Partners of the firm have. Along with our office in Peterlee, which continues to see a growth in work, we look forward to serving the legal needs of the people of Hartlepool, Teesside and County Durham for many years to come.''
