Colin began his career in the legal system in 1969 when he began work in the magisterial service. He was admitted as a solicitor in1983 and left the magisterial service in 1985 to pursue a career in private practice. He has practiced in criminal law ever since. He joined Smith in Graham in 2020 and continued to specialise in Criminal Defence. He is a member of the Duty Solicitor panel and has extensive experience in representing clients at the police station and in the magistrates’ courts
