Jonathan McGowan

Jonathan joined Smith & Graham as a Partner in 2022. He heads up the Personal Injury department and specialises in all aspects of accident claims, in the workplace and elsewhere, including dealing with serious injuries and fatal accident cases.

 

Jonathan has more than 20 years’ experience of personal injury work and litigation. He leads a team of very capable and approachable lawyers, who use their local knowledge and legal expertise to obtain the best possible results for our clients, including pursuing often difficult cases that other firms are unwilling to take on.

 

Jonathan also jointly heads up the Debt Recovery and related litigation services department.

 

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys most sports but spends most of his time either in the gym or playing football.
