Zarah Rowntree

Zarah joined Smith and Graham in 2022 following her qualification as a solicitor having undertaken her training contract with a firm in Sunderland. She has 4 years experience of working in Residential Conveyancing, specialising in all legal aspects of residential property work including freehold and leasehold purchases and sales and re-mortgages

Zarah studied law at the University of Sunderland and graduated with a First in 2017, going on to do her LPC combined with Masters and graduated with a further First in 2018.

In her free time, Zarah likes to go to the cinema, theatre and listening to music.
